All those witches and wizards, small fairies and gnomes
Have all been let loose and discovered new homes:
In the pictures in books and - oh, look on that screen –
They’re the wickedest, wildest ones I’ve ever seen.
They will enter your dreams when you never suspect
And will steal though your mind when you little expect
To find witches and wizards, small fairies and gnomes
Who all wander our world and then look for new homes.
At the end of the day, when you shut up your eyes,
They then move to your mind, and perhaps in disguise.
So your dream-world’s been taken to be their new homes –
All those witches, those wizards, small fairies and gnomes!
